Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is for churches with up to 100 members. No credit card is needed to start.
How do we pay?
Choose or renew a plan in Plans inside Church Manager, and pay on Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD.
What are report tokens?
AI-written reports use tokens. Your plan comes with some each month, and you can buy more. Your plan's tokens are used first, and bought tokens last 6 months.
Do our members need to download an app?
No. Check-in, the join form, children's check-in and the helper portal all open in the phone's browser.
Can someone help us set up?
Yes. Every church gets setup help from the founder on WhatsApp.
Is our data safe?
Each church is fully separate. No church sees another's data, and we never sell it.
